In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk454" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the pk454 online gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence, accessible at pk454.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk454 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player account created following successful completion of the pk454 registration process.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

By accessing the pk454 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk454 in relation to your use of the Services and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.

Use of the pk454 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

To access the full range of pk454 Services, you must complete the account registration process via the pk454 Login and registration interface. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pk454 platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a material breach of these Terms.
• All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk454 login credentials, including your username and password. pk454 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• pk454 is entitled to conduct identity verification (KYC) at the time of registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during the account's lifetime. You agree to cooperate fully with all such verification requests.
• Accounts that are found to have been registered using false, misleading, or third-party information will be immediately closed, and all funds held within such Accounts will be forfeited.

pk454 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

All financial transactions on pk454 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. pk454 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. pk454 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or banking system interruptions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied in full.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of the platform. These limits are subject to change at pk454's discretion.
• pk454 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pk454 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing review. pk454 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe published in the Cashier section, but cannot guarantee processing times where third-party delays occur.

pk454 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonus offers are available exclusively to players who have completed account verification and are in good standing with pk454.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in the individual promotional terms for each offer.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering that satisfy all applicable requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• pk454 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the terms of an active promotion, or disqualify players from promotions where misuse, exploitation, or bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.
• Players who register multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will have all associated accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

All games and betting markets available on pk454 are governed by the specific rules of each game or market, which are accessible within the respective game interface or sportsbook market. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• All casino games on pk454 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game providers.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, and all other sports — are subject to the betting rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay or a betting event, pk454 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. The decision of pk454 in such circumstances is final.
• Bets placed after the official close of a market — whether due to user error or technical delay — are void and stakes will be returned.
• pk454 reserves the right to suspend any game, market, or feature for maintenance or regulatory reasons without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk454 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will be recouped by pk454.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen, compromised, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at pk454 staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions, account bans, or self-exclusion periods through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or alternative identities.

pk454 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms:

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders directly from their account dashboard following pk454 login. These controls take effect immediately upon activation.
• Players who wish to take a temporary break from the platform may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via the Responsible Gaming section of their account.

All content on the pk454 platform — including but not limited to the pk454 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of pk454 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the pk454 platform without the prior written consent of pk454.
• The software underlying the pk454 platform is proprietary. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the platform software is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk454's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pk454 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pk454 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
• pk454 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.
• pk454 accepts no liability for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You may request closure of your pk454 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, provided there are no pending withdrawals, open bets, or unresolved compliance reviews.
• pk454 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Upon termination of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.
• Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all balances — including real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited at pk454's discretion.

pk454 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk454 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the platform homepage, an in-account notification upon login, or an email to the address registered on the account.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the pk454 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and request account closure prior to the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date displayed in the header of this document.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of pk454's international operating licence.

• Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by pk454's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon written request.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
